We’re Sher and Mac. Mountain Mac’s Mining Co. & Studio brings together our love of minerals, the beauty of Colorado, and the pleasure of making and discovering things worth treasuring. We’re building a place for people who have collected for years, people choosing their first specimen, and people who simply love a beautiful rock.
There is room to learn as you go.
You don’t need a cabinet full of specimens or a vocabulary full of mineral names to belong here. Begin with what catches your attention. Ask what it is, how it formed, and where it came from. One question has a lovely way of leading to another.
